Welcome to the DJJ Web Calendar. This calendar provides dates and locations of upcoming trainings as well as up to date Academy information. The Calendar was made possible by the staff at EKU's JJTC which is a part of EKU's Training Resource Center.
Online registration is now in use. Only scheduling supervisors may enroll staff in a training. Scheduling Supervisors may only enroll individuals if a training announcement has been sent out.
Navigating this site is very easy. Clicking on the names of the months on the mini calendars to the left will pull up a large calendar that lists all of the trainings that we have entered for that month. If you notice on the mini calendars some of the dates are in blue. The blue dates are dates that a training has been scheduled. Clicking on the individual date will show you the training or trainings that are scheduled for that day. Clicking on the left and right arrows next to the months on the calendar will show you the three months prior or after the three months currently shown.
The links at the top of the page will also give you a lot of information.
Calendar- Refreshes the center of the page to list all of the upcoming activities. Clicking on the name of the training will take you to a course description. If the training is within the self-enrollment window, a button will be available that will take you to WebInservice where you can register for the course. You must have your supervisor's permission to register for any course.
Training Catalog- This button gives you a complete listing of all the current trainings offered by DJJ trainers. Clicking on the name of the course will show you if the training is being offered anytime soon. You can sort alphabetically, or trainings starting with specific letters. You can also sort by certificate if a certificate is offered for the training. You can also get a complete listing of online courses available. If you are interested in being assigned a web lesson, or you are a supervisor that would like to see a staff member take a course, fill out an ARF (Assignment Request Form) and send it to Glen Boles.

WebInservice- Provides a link to WebInservice where you can get a list of your current transcript, register online for a course, and take any online courses assigned to you.
